As founder and Chief Scientist of Tarana Wireless Inc., he is one of the architects of breakthrough technology in wireless non-line-of-sight communications. Dr. Bakr received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT in 2001 and 2003, and Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from UC Berkeley in 2010.
