Andrew is a C Level corporate advisor in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, New York and London. Andrew was a founding member of the London International Financial Futures Exchange, has worked on the ECB Systemic Risk Board, member of the Chicago Board of Trade, Pacific Stock Exchange, European Options Exchange, and currently manages an extensive portfolio of funds and companies, and for 25 years has provided strategic tax planning to myriad of entities and individuals.

Taylor Sibbern is the Chief Operating Officer leading global operations, execution strategy, and portfolio optimization across the firm’s private equity and investment initiatives. With deep expertise at the intersection of technology and finance, Taylor brings a hands-on, systems-driven approach to scaling innovation, driving efficiency, building teams, and creating value across industries. Prior to joining Catalyst Financial, Taylor was a founding team member at Tubi, where she built and led Operations and Technical Operations from the ground up. Over her tenure, she oversaw teams and projects in Business Development, Engineering, Data Analytics, Accounting, and AI/ML, playing a key role in scaling the platform into one of the largest free streaming services. Tubi was acquired by Fox in 2020 for $500 million.

Dr. Omar Bakr brings over 15 years of experience in diversified investments. As founder and Chief Scientist of Tarana Wireless Inc., he is one of the architects of breakthrough technology in wireless non-line-of-sight communications. Dr. Bakr received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT in 2001 and 2003, and Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from UC Berkeley in 2010.
